Terms & Conditions

 

You assume all risk and danger incidental to the event whether occurring prior to, during, or after said event. You assume all risk and danger of injury and you agree that the management and its agents are not responsible or liable for any injuries resulting from such causes.

You further consent to the use of your image or likeness incidental to any display, transmission, or reproduction of the event.

Management reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by management to be disorderly or who fails to comply with the terms and conditions herein.


refund POLICY

 

Refund requests submitted two weeks prior to the date of registered learnshop will receive a full refund of ticket price minus the processing fee. 

Refund requests submitted on or after the two week deadline – NO refunds will be given.

If a learnshop is cancelled, registrants will be given a full refund.

Refund requests are processed through Eventbrite. You should receive confirmation of your refund within 48 hours of submission.

If you do NOT receive a confirmation email, please call Berea Tourism at 800-598-5263 to ensure the refund is processed.

Refund requests are not valid until you receive a confirmation email.
