Terms & Conditions

 

You assume all risk and danger incidental to the event whether occurring prior to, during, or after said event. You assume all risk and danger of injury and you agree that the management and its agents are not responsible or liable for any injuries resulting from such causes.

You further consent to the use of your image or likeness incidental to any display, transmission, or reproduction of the event.

Management reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by management to be disorderly or who fails to comply with the terms and conditions herein.

 

 


 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Refund requests submitted two weeks before the first day of classes will be given a full refund. Refund requests submitted on or after the two week deadline – NO refunds will be given.

If a workshop is cancelled, registrants will be given a full refund.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing using the Cancellation Request Form found on our website on the Attendee Resources Page.

NOTE: You will receive a cancellation confirmation email within 48 hours of submitting the Cancellation Request.

If you do NOT receive a confirmation email, please call Berea Tourism at 800-598-5263 to ensure the cancellation is processed.

Cancellations are not valid until you receive a cancellation email.
