Our spaces are ideal for reunions, retreats or meetings, and as a base for visiting sites in Kentucky, touring Appalachian craft studios, hiking or just enjoying a vacation away from noise and stress. Our two lodging structures offer comfortable beds and welcoming shared spaces, and the 80-acre farm includes a lake where fishing is permitted for guests, a creek just below Hill House with minnows and crawdads, fields for outdoor activities. A large remodeled tobacco barn and a climate-controlled assembly hall are perfect for group activities under roof.
