Chef Johnathon will teach participants how to make a Cajun pasta dish just in time for Fat Tuesday. This classic dish will include chicken, Andouille sausage, peppers, and onions in a creamy cheese sauce. Chef Johnathon will teach participants basic knife skills, the proper way to dice and julienne onions and bell peppers, and how to make a Fontina Mornay sauce. After making the dish, you will get to try the dish served with a starter salad and garlic bread. Chef Johnathon will also be bringing chocolate tarts with a cherry vodka sauce to finish the meal. This will be an event you won’t want to miss!
