Musicians Memorial Concert Series with proceeds donated to a scholarship fund for the future rock stars at Lexington Music Education.
HomeGrown HideAways cordially invites you to the Holler in the Holler Musicians Memorial Concert Series featuring opening performances by young musicians from the Rock School program at Lexington Music Education. This first show is dedicated to the memory of drummer extraordinaire, Todd Copeland. Join us on the 3rd Tuesday from May through October to honor our remembered friends. Each event will have a Food Truck onsite – cash preferred.
Central to the Magnolia Boulevard experience is a sound that flows easily and seamlessly from a multitude of stylistic tributaries, featuring vocalist Maggie Noelle, guitarist Gregg Erwin, keyboardist Ryan Allen, bassist John Roberts, and drummer Chad “The Beard” Gravitt. There’s plenty of blues, soul, and rock ‘n’ roll in the mix, but also elements of funk, jam band, folk, country, bluegrass, and psychedelia. It’s all fueled by the rhythm section’s elastic grooves, shot through with Erwin’s expressive and incisive slide guitar licks, and topped by Noelle’s soul-stirring, powerhouse vocals.
