| An introduction for the beginner of how to grow shiitake mushrooms by inoculating and maintaining oak logs. This is a hands-on workshop covering the basic steps and providing sources of additional information. Cost of the workshop is $10. Optional, $10 to keep inoculated log (limit 2 per person). |
