LearnShops Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY-2024

Refund requests submitted two weeks before the first day that classes begin, registrants will be given a full refund. Refund requests submitted after two weeks before classes begin – no refunds will be given.

If a workshop is cancelled, registrants will be given a full refund.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing using the Cancellation Request Form found on our website on the Attendee Resources Page.

NOTE: You will receive a cancellation confirmation email within 48 hours of submitting your Cancellation Request. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please call Berea Tourism at 800-598-5263 to ensure the cancellation is processed. Cancellations are not valid until you receive a cancellation email.
