| Gather your art supplies and let’s get social!
Bring a project to work on and/or supplies to swap for a crafty social gathering in the picturesque landscape of HomeGrown HideAways. This event is for all the makers and shakers who want a change of scenery while they socialize and work on a project as well as folks who need to clear out last year’s hobby to make room for this year’s latest fixation. We’ll have tables set up under our 4000 sqft. Pavilion so folks can spread out and work in the shade, but you’re also welcome to wander about the farm and find a spot that inspires your muse. We’ll have a separate area where you can donate your unwanted supplies for others to find their next diversion. (You are also welcome to bring original pieces to sell, but the primary purpose is inspiration and exchange, NOT a merchant market). Supervised children are welcome to tagalong (we have a small playground, yard games, and a creek), but this event is geared towards grown-ups and adult beverages will be available for purchase for the 21 and older crowd (please bring your ID and CASH as we do not have a credit card machine). Class is FREE, but space is limited so please register. If you have registered and can no longer attend, PLEASE CANCEL your registration so that someone else may take your place. NO PETS. This event was inspired by our summer intern, Iris, who hand-crafted the collage used for our cover photo. |
