Literary Open Mic Night

The Berea Arts Council invites you to share your literary expressions in a friendly, supportive listening environment.

Bring your poems, short stories, scenes from plays, and excerpts from creative nonfiction—reading is not required. Come to listen and learn!

This month’s featured local author is Keven McQueen, Senior Lecturer in EKU’s English Department and author of numerous books has agreed to “read a few spooky stories around Halloween” for our literary open mic October 17th. Come join us for an evening of spooky tales by one of the most prolific writers of the genre.
