This workshop will cover my monotype printmaking process. This process includes the application of water-based inks to monotype plates, building an image (rub off ink, press items into wet ink and/or add ink) and using pressure to transfer the image onto printmaking paper.

• Location: Kentucky Artisan Center at Berea (Basement) - 200 Artisan Way

• Date/Time: July 16th from 9:30 AM - 5:00 PM

• Break: 12:30 PM - 2:00 PM (1.5 hours)

• Total Hours: 6 hours

• Price: $109.00 (Includes all materials and use of supplies.) (See Notes below - Bring items to press into wet inks.)

• Age: 18 & Up

• Difficulty: All Levels

• Class Size: 12 Max

• Take Home: All prints created during class, usually three or more.

• Notes: Bring items that may make interesting designs when pressed into wet inks. This process can be messy, please bring an apron or wear clothing you don’t mind getting ink on.
