Learn to Carve Stone Using Hand Tools - July 13th from 9:30 AM - 5:00 PM - Price: $173
Workshop Instructor: Mike McCarthy

Carving stone is fun and easier than you might think. In this workshop, you will learn to carve an abstract sculpture in Indiana Limestone using hand tools. These hand tools are the same tools that have been used since ancient time. The point, fork flat and rondel chisels, the hammer and files are still used by modern sculptors. You will experience when and how to use each as you work on your sculpture.
