Workshop Instructor: Tasha Cotter

Are you looking for a way to jump-start your creative side? Creativity and the ability to innovate are like muscles and this class is designed to help you explore several ways to generate ideas, develop new projects, and gain valuable insights into our everyday experience. Through both in and out of class experiments, we’ll learn how to closely observe our surroundings to enhance mindfulness, explore textual and visual journaling methods, develop our individual personal advisory board, and explore the importance of action, rather than complacency, in our everyday lives. This workshop has something to offer to all skill levels, artists and non-artists alike.
