This workshop is designed for those that do not understand or have problems dealing with watercolors. Basic techniques will be shown and practiced for the first half of class, then a painting will be created after lunch.

• Location: Kentucky Artisan Center at Berea (Conference Room) - 200 Artisan Way

• Date/Time: July 17th from 9:30 AM - 5:00 PM

• Break: 12:30 PM - 2:00 PM (1.5 hours)

• Total Hours: 6 hours

• Price: $58.00 (Includes use of all materials and handouts.)

• Age: 13 & Up (Youth 13 - 18 MUST bring a Youth Authorization Form, completed and signed by a parent or legal guardian, found at this Attendees Resources link.)

• Difficulty: Beginner

• Class Size: 15 Max

• Take Home: Practice sheets of watercolor techniques on 16” x 20” paper, a finished watercolor painting on 8” x 10” paper, extra paper to use at home, watercolors, paint brushes and handouts.

• Notes: Wear comfortable clothing you are not afraid of getting paint on or bring an apron.

• NOTE TO EDUCATORS: Educators attending this session will receive access to on-line cross-curricular resources, suggested classroom activities based on skills and concepts covered in session, and a certificate of participation for Professional Learning documentation.
