Judy Mudd
An award-winning artist, Judy Mudd has been a full-time watercolor artist and instructor for over 10 years. Teaching many classes and workshops every year, she also offers videos-on-demand from her website.
Holding signature status in various art associations including the Southern Watercolor Society and the Kentucky Watercolor Society, she was named the Kentucky Master Watercolor Artist of 2019.
