DESCRIPTION:6.6 Miles at the Berea College Knobs trails. Go just past the main parking lot on left then turn right onto gravel. Signs are posted.\nPace will be around than 4.5mph overall\, earnest fast walking on the uphills with casual jog on the flats and downs.\nThis new trail expansion offers a different type of trail than the traditional pinnacles. Expect some long inclines but equally rewarding descents. The ridge line sections have some interesting vegetation and big trees .\nSee map for details. We will do the figure eight. Starting by going right onto red\, then right onto blue. Coming back green\, finishing on blue.\nRain\, snow\, or shine. Any temp.Come start the new year with vigor and soak in the forest bath.\nWe start AT 0900. Arrive early or run fast to catch up.

Chairs will be provided.\nWe will start with a short introduction to the sit\, meditate for about 20 minutes\, and then invite you to reflect on your experience in any way you wish. It could be through writing\, drawing or quiet contemplation. We would then welcome anyone who would like to share from their experience. Want to learn about the local wildlife?\nThen join a group hike at the Pinnacles in Berea! \nEvery Saturday at 1:00 pm\, FOC staff and Berea College students will be ready to hike with you! The group that attends will decide on the destination together. We can also split groups (if there is ample staffing) if there are different wants/needs of hike difficulty.\nPlease bring water and any medications you might need (i.e. inhaler). DESCRIPTION:The Berea College planetarium hosts shows twice a week in our large planetarium. The shows are open to the public and held every Friday at 7PM and Sunday at 4PM. Tickets are $5 for adults and $3 for children and seniors. You can check out https://planetarium.berea.edu to view the available shows and descriptions. \nLocated in the Margaret A. Cargill (MAC) Natural Sciences and Health Building (34) on the 4th floor. Visitors can enter using the two doors located at the front of the building. Chairs will be provided.\nWe will start with a short introduction to the sit\, meditate for about 20 minutes\, and then invite you to reflect on your experience in any way you wish. It could be through writing\, drawing or quiet contemplation. We would then welcome anyone who would like to share from their experience.
