SUMMARY:New Years on the Knob Trail Run
DESCRIPTION:6.6 Miles at the Berea College Knobs trails. Go just past the main parking lot on left then turn right onto gravel. Signs are posted.\nPace will be around than 4.5mph overall\, earnest fast walking on the uphills with casual jog on the flats and downs.\nThis new trail expansion offers a different type of trail than the traditional pinnacles. Expect some long inclines but equally rewarding descents. The ridge line sections have some interesting vegetation and big trees .\nSee map for details. We will do the figure eight. Starting by going right onto red\, then right onto blue. Coming back green\, finishing on blue.\nRain\, snow\, or shine. Any temp.Come start the new year with vigor and soak in the forest bath.\nWe start AT 0900. Arrive early or run fast to catch up.
