No Shows will still be charged unless cancelled in writing by the date listed in the cancellation
policies on the Terms and Conditions page. To cancel in writing, please follow this link to our

NOTE: You will receive a cancellation confirmation email within 48 hours of submitting your
Cancellation Request Form. If you do NOT receive this confirmation email, please call Berea
Tourism at 800-598-5263 immediately to ensure your cancellation is processed! Cancellations
are NOT valid until you receive this cancellation email!
If a LearnShop is cancelled, registrants will be given the option for a full refund or transfer of that
LearnShop registration fee to a different LearnShop of choice.

LearnShop Registration Details
Please enter LearnShop Details for classes you wish to participate in. You can pre-register for
up to 5 LearnShops at a time.
NOTE: Your registration is not considered complete until you receive emailed confirmation! If
you have not received your email confirmation within 48hours please call us at 859-986-2540 or
800-598-5263.
IMPORTANT:
1.) Be sure you list the name(s) of the LearnShop(s) you/re registering for exactly as
they appear at the website listing!
2.) Be sure to include the date(s) and start time(s) of your LearnShop(s).
3.) Review the details of each LearnShop you register to attend and pay special
attention to the length of each of your selected LearnShops to avoid overlapping
LearnShops! For example – some LearnShops may be 3-hours long, some may be 6-
hours long, and some may last for multiple days. Make sure you do’t book multiple
LearnShops that are taking place on the same date, time!
